1. Introduction

Welcome to Brayshaw View Glamping & Camping (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (brayshawviewcampsite.co.uk) and our campsite facilities. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website or via direct contact.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• We accept payments via our associated booking partner – Q-Book.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3-8pm.
• Check-out: By 11am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request but are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Campsite Rules

• Guests must respect other visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10.30pm and 7am.
• Campervans and/or Motorhomes upto a maximum length of 7 metres are allowed.
• Generators are not permitted at any time.
• Gazebos/Event Shelters are allowed – additional costs apply
• Open fires (Campfires) are not permitted in any area.
• Disposable barbecues are not permitted in any area.
• Raised firepits and barbecues may be used in designated areas.
• Dogs are currently allowed on site, however, as it is a working farm, bringing of dogs will be restricted during key points of the year, i.e. Lambing Season. All dogs must be kept on a lead under control at all times – failure to do so may be result in being asked to leave the site and no refund given.
• Guests must keep their area clean and dispose of waste in designated bins.
• Second cars are allowed – additional costs apply
• We reserve the right to remove any guest causing a disturbance without a refund.

5. Offers, Promotions and Competitions

From time to time, Brayshaw View may run offers, promotional discounts, or competitions. These are subject to the following terms:

• All offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
• Blue Light Card discount available when booking direct, please email for the discount code: info@brayshawviewcampsite.co.uk.
• Promotions are only valid for new bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing reservations, unless otherwise stated.
• Discount codes must be used at the time of booking and cannot be added after payment has been made, unless otherwise stated.
• Direct booking offers apply only to bookings made direct with Brayshaw View – Email: info@brayshawviewcampsite.co.uk.
• Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over, unless otherwise stated.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Competition winners will be selected fairly and notified using the contact details provided. If no response is received within the stated time, a new winner may be chosen.
• By entering any competition, entrants agree to be bound by the specific terms outlined in the competition rules and by these general conditions.
• Please ensure you read the full terms for any individual promotion or competition before participating. If you have any questions about eligibility or usage of a promotion, feel free to contact us directly.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Guests:

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund minus the 20% deposit.
• Between 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.
• No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for refunds.
• Late cancellations due to COVID-19 will not be eligible for a refund.
• We recommend all guests have their own travel insurance to assist in any cancellation related costs or issues.

Cancellations by Us:

• In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Changes to Bookings:

• Modifications to bookings (e.g., changing dates) are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Any requests for changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• Guests stay at their own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• We are not liable for any injury, accident, or illness occurring on the premises.
• Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff.

9. Complaints & Disputes

• If you have any complaints, please contact us at info@brayshawviewcampsite.co.uk.
• We will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. If necessary, legal action will be taken under the jurisdiction of England.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
